After a great weekend for Texas Tech basketball, featuring a gigantic win over #9 Iowa State here in Lubbock, the Red Raiders fell very, very hard up in Norman against Oklahoma.

The final from the contest was 81-36, marking Tech's worst loss this year as well as the least amount of points scored in a Big 12 game ever. Tech was simply ice cold. Frigid, close to subzero, arctic cold from everywhere.

The key to the win over Iowa State was the fact that the Red Raiders shot well in the first half of that game, even though they later regressed in the second half, yet held on. There was certainly some hope, at least for me, that the team had gained confidence and would start connecting more, but it appears that's not the case.
