Plaid used to be tacky. Now it’s an acceptable pattern for people besides lumberjacks and people pretending to be lumberjacks in skits about lumberjacks.  Still, you can be too attached to something, as this video demonstrates.

We’ll give this plaid rapper credit — he’s completely devoted to plaid, and he understands he’s a white guy rapping, and thus inherently dorky. Also, his beats are the perfect early-90s loops to complement his lyrics and style. That will never go out of style.

Plaid, on the other hand, we give it another year.
