Thousands of Long-Lost FMX Photos Finally Found

When you think about the history of Lubbock's Rock Station 94.5 KFMX spanning 3 decades, FMX has been apart of some of really cool events, concerts and making people happy. What makes it even better is having pictures to remember said events.

From 1999 until 2010, FMX had missing photos of events, concerts and hanging out.

This all started when Wes, Driver and myself were talking about The FireCracker 5 with Slipknot, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Papa Roach and Mudvayne.

Wes and Driver were talking about a certain picture taken of Jacoby Shaddix standing on stage at the show and how they couldn't find the picture. Wes kind of had an idea on where they might be, but I had no idea at just how many pictures I would actually find.

I located over 2,000 pictures, including: Kiss live in Lubbock; Driver in Sturgis in 2004; Coal Chamber in Lubbock the night they broke up on stage; Slipknot (twice!) with meet and greet pics; the Double Deuce FMX Birthday Bash; X-Fest 4, 5, 6 and 7; and, of course, Dimebag Darrell live in studio with Damageplan.

And that's just the tip of iceberg. There are photos of Wes live in studio with late WWE Superstar Eddie Guerrero, Driver with Nickelback when they came to Lubbock for the first time and the list goes on and on.
