Joe Garcia graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Computer Science in Engineering, as well as minors in Business Administration and Mathematics. Joe has demonstrated outstanding leadership, commitment, and dedication that he learned as a former Texas Tech Athlete. He has great financial oversight skills and expects hard work and dedication from his baristas. Through selective hiring he has been able to hire quality employees. Joe founded Ooo La Lattes with integrity, responsibility, and competency as the foundation of the business model in which he strives to achieve every day.
