We won't see another football game for half the year, just let that sink in. So, what do we do? Naturally, we overreact and go to the next big events in line: the Combine and 2016 NFL Draft.

In a year without the big superstar names and a deep free agency pool, it's hard to tell what exactly will happen in Indianapolis for the Combine and certainly hard to tell what'll happen in Chicago starting April 28th.

Many questions already surround the NFL Draft and I think one of the biggest, especially around here, is how the Cowboys will address things moving forward. We all know Tony Romo's days are numbered by age and durability, so does Jerry Jones go after the FCS' best QB in Carson Wentz (ND State), Cal gunslinger Jared Goff or someone on the other side of the ball? Elsewhere, will Tennessee be able to trade away the top pick as they so desperately would like to do? Will the Browns retool and grab a new arm for Hue Jackson to mold? Time will tell, but for now take a look at our mock draft of all 31 picks in the first round:

1. Tennessee Titans: Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss - Priority #1 for the Titans should be protecting their franchise QB in Marcus Mariota, however, the team will certainly explore this area in free agency and they definitely need young talent in the secondary, so they'll do all they can to slide down and grab some extra picks, but it's very possible no one will want to pay the king's ransom.

2. Cleveland Browns: Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State - Oh, the Browns...where does one start? Well, they actually do have talent on the offensive side of the ball, but they really, really need to find the final answer in Cleveland. I think Hue's guy is Wentz. The young man had a stellar Senior Bowl in Mobile and I think the Browns are crazy enough to pull the trigger.

3. San Diego Chargers: Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame - The Chargers need help on both lines, but I think the need to protect Rivers and solidify a running game is a higher priority for San Diego at this point.

4. Dallas Cowboys: Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State - It's a total toss up with Jerry Jones at the helm, but I think he'll make the decision to bolster a streaky secondary (though improved in 2015).

5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Joey Bosa. DE, Ohio State - The Jags get a gift at #5 with Bosa, who is regarded as the highest rated player in the class. They need more help with their pass rush, and Bosa certainly wouldn't hurt.

6. Baltimore Ravens: Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss - The Ravens need a big, physical receiver and I think Treadwell can eventually become that for Joe Flacco. They could go secondary here, but I believe Treadwell is an immediate boost to a lackluster offense.

7. San Francisco 49ers: DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon - Of course Chip Kelly takes an Oregon talent if he gets the chance, and why wouldn't he? Buckner was a consistent nuisance for the Ducks' opponents and any NFC West team always needs a viable pass rush.

8. Miami Dolphins: Myles Jack, LB, UCLA - If Jack didn't get hurt, you'd've probably seen him atop the list, but even with said knee injury, he's still a top 10 talent. The Dolphins could stand an upgrade in their linebacking corps, and Jack would be a tenacious one.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida - The Bucs seem to have a nice foundation in place, but they definitely need some help in the secondary, which Vernon Hargreaves will quickly provide.

10. New York Giants: Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State - I could see the Giants reaching for offensive talent here, or playing it safe and going with a proven talent with a great set of pass rushing skills.

11. Chicago Bears: Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame - Even with the brutal injury Smith fell victim to this season, he's worth the risk. The Bears need a reestablishment of their linebacking troupe and Smith, when healthy, can lead the charge.

12. New Orleans Saints: A'Shawn Robinson, DL, Alabama - The first member of the National Champion Crimson Tide comes off the board, and goes to a team that is desperate for talent on the defensive line.

13. Philadelphia Eagles: Jared Goff, QB, California - The Eagles have hit the reset button; they very well could go with the most pro-ready arm in the draft, and Goff is just that.

14. Oakland Raiders: Leonard Floyd, DE, Georgia - Floyd, coupled with Khalil Mack, spells nothing but nightmarish trouble for the AFC West, as the Raiders could easily be picking much later than this in 2017.

15. Los Angeles Rams: Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis - The ultimate question is who can take the reins for the resurrected namesake and steer the team to success. Todd Gurley will take pressure of Lynch in his rookie campaign, but they'll have to add a couple more pieces to assist him.

16. Detroit Lions: Jack Conlin, OT, Michigan State - The Lions need help in a handful of areas, but the OL pool is quite enticing so they might as well jump in and grab some quality, too.

17. Atlanta Falcons: Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson - As with the Lions, the Falcons have a few glaring holes, so they can get talent on the defensive front without having to reach for something they can get later.

18. Indianapolis Colts: Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama - The Colts simply have to become a tougher team, on both sides, and sure-tackler Reggie Ragland can bring a harder nose to the middle of that linebacking group.

19. Buffalo Bills: Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss - Rex Ryan would love to have a gap-clogging, run-stopping specialist became the forefront of his defense, and Nkemdiche has always been heralded as pure talent.

20. New York Jets: Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State - An aging offensive line will need to be redesigned soon, and Decker can lay the foundation for the future for Todd Bowles and company.

21. Washington Redskins: Su'a Cravens, LB/DB, USC - Cravens has all the potential in the world to be a rockstar in Gruden's defense; the do-it-all defender would provide a much-needed helping hand instantly.

22. Houston Texans: Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State - Do the Texans reach for someone like Connor Cook or even Christian Hackenberg here? I highly doubt it; they need a big-time all purpose player, and Elliott was one of the most electrifying in college football last season.

23. Minnesota Vikings Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State - Why not more Buckeyes? Thomas could be the missing cog in the machine Teddy Bridgewater has been searching for on the outside.

24. Cincinnati Bengals: Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State - Yeah, more Buckeyes...the Bengals could potentially find themselves in a position of need after free agency starts in their secondary, so Apple would be a viable option at this point in the late stages of the opening round.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers: Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech - Even though durability is a question, Fuller has a swath of talent for the Steel City to fall in love with.

26. Seattle Seahawks: Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville - It's very possible Rankins doesn't even make it here, but the 'Hawks could use another climbing talent on their defensive line to continue their success.

27. Green Bay Packers: Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech - The Packers haven't quite had the stonewall attitude that many have become accustomed to in Wisconsin, but Butler can certainly help bring it back at once.

28. Kansas City Chiefs: Jonathan Bullard, DE, Florida - Andy Reid is all about the lines, so an addition to the outside edge could be a worthy supplement to the Chiefs pass rush.

29. Arizona Cardinals: Keanu Neal, S, Florida - The Cardinals could (again) have the meanest secondary in the league with yet another young stud. Neal would fit right in with the likes of Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu.

30. Carolina Panthers: Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson - Alexander falling here would be a true blessing for the Panthers, though they could definitely go with an offensive tackle instead after an awful outing on Sunday.

31. Denver Broncos: Darron Lee, LB, Ohio State - Lots of vacant spots could need filling on the Denver D this offseason, and Lee is a plausible solution for Wade Phillips and Gary Kubiak.

The New England Patriots were not allowed a first-round pick via the Deflategate scandal.
