There is a total solar eclipse happening this morning (mostly visible in Norway). It's a pretty cool scientific phenomenon that doesn't require a great deal of intelligence to understand. It's when the moon passes between the sun and the earth.  Boom. Done.  Then again that doesn't keep some from barking about the moon.

Man, I wish some people would just science. But, in case you're a whackadoodle too, if you are reading this after May 20th after say, five o'clock, then another "day of judgement" has come and gone (seems like I've lived through an assload of these). Anyways, religious gobbledegook aside, we have a lunar eclipse happening.

If my time conversion calculations are correct, this astrological event, the lunar eclipse,  is happening at about 4:45 in the morning and won't even be visible here.  Oh wait, the fellow says this is a warning, then the next blood moon arrives and yada, yada, yada.....

I could quote more and talk more about the phenomenon of the four "blood moons", but at this point even those with the most basic understandings of science and astronomy know that astral bodies have the orbits and rotations and thus they all come back to the same places, lineup and block each others vision.  I could explain it to you and this pastor with say three balls, but you can't force a smart square peg into a dumb round hole.

How about I lay a little "Bible Smackdown" on this?  Mathew 24:36 says this about judgement day "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father". So with this in mind, how about we get these nutballs to quit predicting when it will happen?

Have a good day/night, the world ain't ending and I accept you for who you are (no judgement).
