There was something for everyone Tuesday night in the room of doom at Jake's. Those in attendance were treated to dudes in a grocery cart rockin' the mosh pit (a first for me), well-honed sets from 9Electric, Letters From The Fire, Righteous Vendetta, and of course a few ice-cold ones.

9Electric set the bar early blowing through a 40 minute set that featured the blistering  "Time Bomb," "Feel This," and a spot on cover of AC/DC's "Dirty Deeds."

San Francisco's Letters From The Fire made the "City by the Bay" proud showing off some serious talent as they ripped through the bands new single "Zombies in the Sun," wrapping up their set with a rollicking cover of the Beatles classic "Eleanor Rigby."

Righteous Vendetta blew into town from Cody, Wyoming, with the intent of leaving their mark at every stop along the way; and that's exactly what they did. With slick talent on display, the band broke out the new tune "Takeover" from their new EP "Defiance" that was released on Tuesday.

As one fan put it, "this show is just fun."

I have to agree...
