Unfortunately, 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell didn't learn his lesson after last years incident where Harrell was charged with driving under the influence down in D'berville, Mississippi. Friday night he was charged with vehicular homicide in Nashville, Tennessee.

Harrell allegedly struck a truck, which then plowed through a guardrail and ended up down the embankment.

Harrell has been jailed on a $100,000 bond charged with vehicular homicide and bringing control substances into a jail after police found Xanax, Oxycodone and Oxymorphone hidden in his sock.

This latest incident comes on the heels of 3 Doors Down releasing news of a North American tour with Daughtry that is scheduled to begin in July.
