It looks like Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst are both on the move! The two rockers have put their California homes on the market, Lee selling his Calabasas abode while Durst is packing up and leaving his home in the Hollywood Hills just over a year after moving in.

Lee's home resides in a guard-gated community sitting on its own hilltop with a view of the valley. Listed at $5.99 million, the 10,000 square foot home contains a subterranean, 3,000 square foot garage. Two-thirds of the garage is made up of a recording studio complete with two live rooms. To find the retractable roof, interested buyers will have to look to the atrium in the middle of the house. Photos of the elaborate estate can be viewed here.

Durst's home is selling for considerably less and will set buyers back a mere $1.625 million compared to Lee's home. The three bedroom, three bath house was initially purchased for $1.5 million back in December of 2014. Outfitted with an outdoor fireplace and courtyard as well as a wine cellar, the other main selling point is that the house is located in the famed Beachwood Canyon, a celebrity favorite. Photos can be seen at TMZ.

Tommy Lee is not the only Motley Crue icon selling his home in California. Late last year, singer Vince Neil put his Danville home on the market, the same one for which he was cited for excessive water use. Neil claimed he had no idea about the water usage and exclaimed he hadn't even lived at that house for the last five years.
