Okay, we get it. Gun rights advocates wanted students to be able to carry guns on campus to protect themselves from possible threats. There's one problem. The overwhelming majority of students, educators and administrators are against it.

So now we have a few students, most not even old enough to drink beer, packing heat on campus. I have to tell you, it still doesn't bother me. I am so confident that students will either decide what's right for them or that things will end so badly that the debate will come to a conclusion very quickly.

Students at UT-Austin have decided to form their own protest using the mantra "C---s, Not Glocks" and are scheduled to display various sex toys beginning with the new school year in August 2016.

The students are trying to point out what they feel is a ludicrous situation in that packing a rubber pee pee is illegal (by the school's rule book), whereas carrying a gun is not.

Many gun rights advocates are trying to slut shame the students, but it is apparently not working as hundreds have committed to the event. All of this takes on a certain gravitas when you realize that UT-Austin was the location of the first mass shooting in U.S. history and still the students are against campus carry.
