African Cuisine Vizo’s Restaurant and Bar to Open Soon in Lubbock

A whole new type of cuisine is coming to Lubbock. Vizo's will bring the flavors of Africa to Lubbock for the first time in quite a long time.

According to Yelp, Vizo's will be the only African cuisine restaurant in the Hub City when it opens.

I was a young teenager the last time I can recall seeing an African restaurant in Lubbock.

Vizo's will over a variety of both African-flavors inspired dishes, like their African seasoned friend rice. There is also many traditional choices like Fufu, Achombo and Jollof Rice.

According to Lubbock In the Loop, the restaurant is tentatively set to open in January 2019 and will be located at 4930 South Loop 289, Suite 204.
