If you have ever traveled pretty much anywhere outside of Lubbock you have no doubt seen the iconic yellow and black Waffle House restaurant signs.

If you have never stopped in for some of the greatest waffles ever (sorry mom) you haven't even begun to live.

Not only can you go any time day or night, you can actually listen to Waffle House jukebox 24 hours a day...

Yes, that is a real thing.

Believe it or not the chain even has its very own theme song.

And to think all we have here in Lubbock is IHOP.
