Okay gang, this is serious. Knives were drawn and hurtful things were said at dinner.  I need your help.  At issue, is "how to cook ribs", specifically barbeque ribs.

There is NOTHING wrong with the taste of my ribs. I use a nice rub (which is actually called Good Sh!t, check out all their stuff here). I season it up and put it on the grill, get a nice char, baste a bit with Sweet Baby Ray's and they're good to go.  The problem is, they are never the "fall of the bone" tender type and not enough of the fat has cooked away.

I've heard some people boil their ribs first, but that seems like that would take the flavor away. I've also heard some people cook them in the oven then just finish them on the grill (wouldn't that dry them out?).  Then, I wonder about getting a nice sear on the grill, then finishing in the oven.

So there you have it guys, what's the best way to get tender, tasty, juicy ribs?  I'm waiting for your answers.
