What Is Your Go To Excuse When You Are Going To Be Late For Work?

Sometimes in the crazy world we live in we just can't get it together in the mornings or whenever we have to be somewhere on time. So I ask what is your go to excuse when you are running late.

Since my twins are in town, they are my go to excuse when I am running late. I mean come on what better excuse than to blame the boys for fighting in the morning over who gets waffles or cereal?

I feel like in my years of having to come up with an excuse for being late I can come up with some pretty good ones. And with my reputation some of them really aren't that far fetched.

It's just an easy question, What excuse do you use when you are going to be late? Do you make up a story, or straight up tell the truth?
