Why I Love Wednesday Night

Friday and Saturday night's used to be my two favorite week nights, Those were the two nights I would let loose and party like a rock star. Then along came Wednesday night.However, recently I have found that Wednesday night is quickly becoming my favorite night of the week.

There is something refreshing about knowing that every Wednesday I am going to sit down in my favorite spot at the 34th Street Obar and enjoy a few ice cold beverages and my second favorite meal in town (my first is the 3 flavor Chinese noodle soup with curry at Uncle Chen's) nothing like The Obar's grilled shrimp on a bed of rice, a slice of tomato, a slice of Texas toast, and two sides of the best red beans in town (you know what to do, pull my finger).

Once my belly is full the party moves over to bike night at Buca's for live music, maybe a game of pool, and of course a few more beverages.
