Even though the weather this weekend has been less than delightful it certainly didn't stop hundreds of shoppers from getting out and enjoying the day.

Saturday's Winter Wonderland shopping event at The Panhandle South Plains Fair Grounds attracted hundreds of holiday shoppers despite the dreary weather yesterday.

Shoppers had several vendors set up and ready to go featuring custom jewelry, clothes, and crafts.

And if that wasn't enough to keep them busy there were food trucks there to keep them fueled up or to offer treats for extra energy to keep going.

From what I could tell everyone had a good time and hopefully we will be seeing this event become a yearly holiday shopping tradition.
