World Wide Suicide Prevention Day [VIDEO]

Whether we like to admit it or not we have all experienced dark days in our lives. For most of us a brief bout with depression is not something our friends or family members need to worry about.

But for nearly 100 people a day, depression becomes so overwhelming that they feel the only way out is to take their own lives.

Depression affects people of all ages, races, male and female, every single one of us is at risk, so are our kids, our parents, brothers, sisters... you get the point

In an effort to draw attention to the risk factors and to promote prevention The World Health Organization has declared September 10 as World Wide Suicide Prevention Day, this is such a huge issue that bands like Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach have given their time to help spread the word to the millions who suffer with depression that they are not alone and there is help.
