X-Fest 10 – Sitdown with Shinedown – KFMX Meet-N-Greet (Pict/Video)

For the winners of the Sitdown with Shinedown contest (meet-n-greet), the evening of kick butt rock and roll music could not have started out any better; and, as for the Grand Prize Winners ($120 and a private meet-n-greet with song writer Brent Smith )... after returning to the group, they could not stop whispering to each other and laughing. I don't know, but that might explain why I was not allowed to tag along with my camera.

I do know that the guys had a great time visiting, laughing and signing autographs.  After taking a photo with one fan, they suddenly broke into an impromptu birthday song, filled with information about her that they had learned earlier while signing autographs. Unfortunately, by time that I realized what they were doing,  I was only able to capture the end of the chant, which is posted below.

This was the last meet-n-greet for our traveling guitar, a Schecter guitar signed by 6 bands, and it's Ultimate Guitar Give Away Contest Winner. This has been an incredible rockin' season so far for our KFMX listeners (who are all winners), but we still have that Big Purple Party bearing down on us, so let's get ready one more time to ... Rock... and WIN with KFMX!
