You Are Cooking Your Steaks Wrong [VIDEO]

Okay, Texas is beef country, so this is important news. If you freeze your steaks, then you might want to not thaw them out. Even crazier, if you don't freeze your steaks, you might want to.

This might be some good information because colder weather is on the way. For right now, I'm cooking my steaks on the grill and that would make it hard to take advantage of this process (it's hard to turn down a grill once you get your sear).  However, if you like your steak pan fried or boiled, you might want to check this out.
