This blog, is probably not what you think it is. It is NOT about abortion. It is about trying to circumvent existing laws and acting like a baby when you don't get your way.

Personally, I don't care what political party you support or which candidate you might stand with. I just want to remind you that voting takes place in Texas and ten other states for the 2016 Republican and Democratic primary elections on this Super Tuesday.

Seems Donald Trump isn't the only one playing the Birther card when it comes to fellow presidential candidate Ted Cruz.

As if having Donald Trump leading in the polls for the Republican nominee wasn't funny enough, the guys at Bad Lip Reading decided to jump in and make it even more comical...I didn't think that was possible.

Representative Cecil Bell has put forth a bill that would take the salaries and benefits away from state and local employees who issue marriage licenses to gays. Bell, a Republican lawmakers smells that change is in the air and he's trying to manipulate the issue through the backdoor.

Let's play a game of keeping it real. How about I lie to my to my friends and you can lie to your friends but lets not lie to each other. If you you had the chance to take a photo with President Obama, would you take it?

The new Texas legislature will be looking into several new gun laws in the new year, including one that ends the ban on the open carry of handguns.

State Senator Charles Perry has a bone to pick with high school sports. he doesn't like it that, through some statistical flukes, that some winless or one win teams were making their districts playoffs.  First off, who cares?  Those teams will be eliminated quickly and those high school school kids might get a chance to get inspired under the big lights.

The state of Texas is set to execute Scott Panetti next week, a man who, though found competent to stand trial, has a long history of mental illness.

I really don't care what you think of my politics. I also know I'm not going to change your mind (nor do I want to). My job is to look for satire and this ad is ridiculous.

So the President exited Air Force One with a drink in his hand. He then saluted the military with the cup in his hand. Some folks with axes to grind see this as disrespect for the military. I see it as absent minded behavior from a guy who just ordered military strikes and was on his way to meet with his allies.
