If my math is right, I’ve hit about eight gallons donated through Vitalant (formerly United Blood Services) in Lubbock. And that’s just since they lifted the old tattoo restrictions—I gave even before that. But this isn’t about bragging. It’s about showing you that I’ve done this over 60 times with zero problems. Blood donation is safe, simple, and yes… still comes with cookies.

This is something we can take pride in as a community. Something real. Something that helps people in ways we’ll never fully see—but that absolutely matter.
