February is Heart Month and United Supermarkets has tips to help you remain heart healthy throughout the year.

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined me today to discuss some heart healthy tips which include tips on salt intake. Duby discussed how most of the sodium we get comes from processed food and food we get whenever we stop by a fast food place.

Duby's tip? Get lean meat from United Supermarkets. Lean cuts are healthier and still very tasty. Duby also suggested getting the right amount of fiber in your diet.
