Celebrate Local Lubbock Talent At The Entertaining Made Easy Expo
The holidays are right around the corner, and Market Street is helping Lubbock get into the spirit with one of its most anticipated annual events — the Entertaining Made Easy Expo, happening Sunday, November 9th, from 11am to 5pm at all Market Street locations across Texas. But this year, the beloved expo is adding a brand-new, homegrown twist.

Lubbock’s Talented Students Join the Celebration
For the first time ever, culinary and floral teams from three local school districts — Lubbock ISD, Lubbock-Cooper ISD, and Frenship ISD — will take center stage at the expo. These talented students will showcase their creativity and skills through custom tablescapes, delicious recipes, and festive décor ideas, all designed to make holiday hosting easier (and a whole lot more fun).
Guests can browse through Market Street’s aisles and sample stations while stopping by each student team’s display. From artisanal breads and handcrafted party trays to holiday-inspired baked goods and signature treats, this year’s event promises to be the biggest and tastiest one yet.
Samples, Prizes, and Holiday Inspiration
Guests will be treated to delicious samples, including Chantilly Cake, Butter Pecan Cheese Balls, and Sausage Balls, among other seasonal bites. Plus, everyone who attends will have the chance to win a $250 Market Street gift card — perfect for jumpstarting those holiday shopping lists.

Attendees can also cast their votes for their favorite school district display. The winning team will earn bragging rights, a $1,000 prize, and custom chef coats or floral aprons courtesy of Market Street.
Chris James, Chief Operating Officer of The United Family, said via press release:
Our annual Holiday Expo is a showcase of the exceptional ways our Market Street teams can enhance any seasonal celebration. From artisanal bakery creations and gourmet deli offerings to elegant floral arrangements, guests are sure to discover inspiring ideas and premium products that will elevate their holiday gatherings.
Celebrating Community and Creativity
Headquartered right here in Lubbock, The United Family continues to find ways to bring communities together — and this year’s expo does exactly that. With a mix of local student talent, delicious food, and plenty of holiday cheer, it’s an event that celebrates both creativity and community spirit.
