Finally Fall Arrives? Almost The Entire State of Texas Could See Rain This Weekend
So far in Texas, it has been a warm and dry fall. But according to the latest forecasts, that is about the change dramatically for just about the entire state of Texas.
On Wednesday a cold front in expected to work its way through Texas bringing cooler air behind it just in time for Halloween. Temperatures across the state will fall on Thursday with highs ranging from 67 degrees in Amarillo to 77 degrees in Dallas to 82 degrees in Houston. It will be a nice change in temperature for all the tick-or-treaters on Halloween.
But this weekend is when we see even more changes. Across almost the entire state of Texas this weekend, we could see rain showers. Rain is in the forecast across Texas both Saturday and Sunday along with cooler temperatures that will make it actually feel like fall outside.
On Facebook, the group Texas Storm Chasers posted the latest rain prediction map. Of course things could still change, but the forecast of rain has been pretty consistent for the last few days.
The cooler temperatures and rain will be welcomed by many across Texas. While we won't get a lot of rain over the weekend, every little bit will be a welcomed amount.
