
Owner Of Hot and Juicy Arrested During Lubbock Prostitution Investigation
The owner of a popular restaurant in Lubbock was arrested along with an accomplice this week for Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution. Biwu Liu and Fu Gao were both arrested on Thursday according to EverythingLubbock.com.
Lubbock Business Owner and Accomplice Arrested
According to EverythingLubbock.com, Biwu owned many businesses including Hot and Juicy Seafood in Lubbock and had financial control and operation management of several massage parlors in Lubbock. Bank records show that Liu received payments from Hot and Juicy Seafood.
Liu is also accused of advertising on multiple websites for prostitution services.
Seven Massage Parlors Named
According to EverythingLubbock.com, seven different massage parlors were locations were prostitution allegedly took place. All locations connected Liu and Gao. Gao's connection is through the alleged financial control of the massage businesses as well as having direct operational involvement.

The massage parlors are listed below:
- Lemon Tree Massage Spa (5100 block of 69th Street)
- Mindful Lotus Spa (3200 block of 34th Street)
- B&W Relaxation House (5000 block of Frankford Avenue)
- Bright Massage (6300 block of Frankford Avenue)
- Royal Foot Therapy (3500 block of Slide Road)
- Serenity Massage (3800 block of 50th Street)
- Cherish Massage Spa (3100 block of 50th Street)
Undercover operations at multiple locations resulted in authorities being solicited for sexual service in exchange for money.
