Yes, yes he did. It actually makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Some of The Doors biggest tracks were really dark for the time, and he did 2 of those songs.

In all he performed "People Are Strange", "5 To 1", and "Love Me Two Times". If only he'd just gone for it and done "The End" it could have been the most awesome guest appearance ever! Check out the video, yeah the audio sucks, but it's pretty sweet anyway.
