Obama's Latte Salute Is The Latest Target Of Haters

So the President exited Air Force One with a drink in his hand. He then saluted the military with the cup in his hand. Some folks with axes to grind see this as disrespect for the military. I see it as absent minded behavior from a guy who just ordered military strikes and was on his way to meet with his allies.

If you haven't heard yet, the President isn't required to salute the military. It's not in any book and it's not even considered good manners. No president before Ronald Reagan EVER saluted the military. It was something Reagan started and he actually caught heat for doing it. Still the president saluted, he just had something in his hand. President Bush did the same thing with a dog in his hand.

Let's also keep in mind that those people who are "offended" by the lack of attention to this salute, are the same people who disrespect the president on an almost daily basis. Trust me, find someone who is complaining about this, then go to their page and look at how much anti-Obama propaganda was there to begin with. So seriously, don't try to even use the word "respect" with me, if you don't respect the duly elected President Of The United States and the leader of the free world. I support our president, regardless of party, NO MATTER WHAT.

This is a desperate attempt by hateful people to attack a president that they don't agree with. If this is the best you can do for criticism of the president, then maybe he isn't so bad.
