Seether have announced the lineup for their 2015 Rise Above Fest. Godsmack, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Papa Roach, All That Remains and Butcher Babies will join the band at the third annual event, which raises money and awareness for suicide prevention and mental illness.

The 2015 Rise Above Fest will take place at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine on May 9. Tickets for the event will go on sale to the general public beginning this Friday, Dec. 12 at 10:00AM ET here. There are also special VIP packages that include meet and greets with the band, food, onstage viewing and more starting tomorrow (Dec. 10). For more info click here.

The Rise Above Fest raises money for SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education), a national non-profit organizations dedicated to raising awareness and educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention. The inaugural event raised almost $20,000 for the New Hampshire chapter of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), while last year's edition raised $50,000 for SAVE. Past Rise Above Fest performers include Avenged Sevenfold, Hellyeah, Buckcherry, Puddle of Mudd, Black Stone Cherry and more.

Seether frontman Shaun Morgan released the following statement about the Rise Above Fest:

When we initially imagined the Rise Above Fest, I never thought it would grow this quickly or raise the incredible amount of money and awareness it already has. I didn't think we could top last year's event, but this year's lineup pretty much guarantees it. The fact that all of these awesome artists can get together and put on a great show for such an important cause still blows my mind. Taking a tragedy and being able to turn it into a meaningful event year after year is something I will never take for granted. Last year we more than doubled the amount we raised at the first Rise Above Fest- let's triple it in 2015!

Godsmack drummer Shannon Larkin also released the following statement:

We are proud to be playing this show for such a righteous cause. Out of all the benefits we have played in the last fifteen years, this one hits especially close to our hearts as we have lost so many people in this business to these tragedies that linger on in our hearts and souls for the rest of our lifetimes. We will pour it all out on the stage with our blood, sweat, and yes, tears for our fallen brothers and try to help spread the word that everyone on this planet can indeed RISE ABOVE.

More performers for the 2015 Rise Above Fest will be announced in the coming months. In the meantime, Seether will kick off a tour with Papa Roach on Jan. 9th in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
