These videos I'm about to post are a little bothersome.  They are far from perfect and like most videos from a concert the sound is usually blown out.  Some of the shots of the bands and crowds though, make me concerned about the future of cameras at concerts.  I hope bands will start to understand that this is just part of the business these days, but I know some won't.  More after the jump. Cavo returned to Lubbock on the Carnival of Madness tour and kicked the teeth out of the Lubbock rock fans. Cavo, who never disappoints, wowed the crowd with a high energy show that kicked a$$ from start to finish.

I have been in many many mosh pits in my days of representing metal and heavy music. But I can't lie when Amy Lee and Evanescence takes the stage August 17th I am hoping to see this song live.

Here in Lubbock we are really lucky to have gotten to see Halestorm grow into a killer rock band right before our eyes.

It's a question we have been asked many times already, "where can I get my tickets to Carnival of Madness?" The Carnival of Madness is a bit unconventional, that's why purchasing your tickets is different for it.

The Carnival of Madness is less than two months away and we couldn't be more excited. It's a killer lineup consisting of Evanescence, Chevelle, Halestorm, New Medicine and CAVO. We're so pumped up that we created a list of five songs that will get anyone pumped up for the big show.

Tickets are now on sale for the biggest show of the summer, the Carnival of Madness tour with Evanescence on Friday, August 17th.

"The Carnival Of Madness" IS coming to Lubbock. After a couple of bumps in the road, the show is confirmed and set to hit the Hub City on August 17th at the Lonestar Events Center. On the tour this year is Evanescence with special guests Chevelle, Halestorm, New Medicine and CAVO.

This was the first time I had seen Cavo and New Medicine, and I can't wait to see them again. Unfortunately, due to meet-n-greets, I was unable to hang around long enough to get many photographs, but don't worry... next time. Carry On...

Today is the 20th.  It's not just special 'cause it's the first day of Spring; it's also exactly one month until two days that will shake the Hub!  It's also 9 days until we start the greatest round of "Pick-a-Ticket" ever. Yes, it will indeed be the greatest weekend of live music EVER in Lubbock Texas. Through a quirk in booking, the FMX Birthday Bash and X-Fest 9 will be on two consecutive days. We get started with our 31st celebration on 4/20 (appropriate right?) then continue on 4/21. Are you ready to see the entire lineup? Here ya go!
