A Lubbock man has been arrested after being accused of attempting to inappropriately touch several people on a Citibus.

36-year-old Shonn Glenn Shepard of Lubbock was arrested on Thursday, July 16th after he allegedly assaulted a Citibus driver with a 2x4 piece of wood.

Officer Myers was driving southbound on Avenue E. when he collided with a Citibus traveling east on Broadway.
