It was no secret that the late guitarist Dimebag Darrell loved to have a good time and make people laugh. Tomorrow the internet will be flooded with all kinds stories and live footage regarding the memory of Dimebag Darrell. Tonight at 9 we celebrate and continue to share the music that Dimebag Darrell created and the thumbprint that he left on heavy music that will continue to inspire and leave his fans in awe.
Everyone knows that I am a huge Dimebag Darrell fan and I collect whatever I can and I have a ticket stub that is unused from a October 22nd 2004 date here in Lubbock but did the show happen?
If you are ever in the Arlington area on your way to Dallas or whatever, I have to say that you most go and visit Brother Dime at his resting place at Moore Memorial Gardens.
On December 8th we remembered Darrell "Dimebag" Abbott on the the 8th Anniversary of his murder on stage in Columbus, Ohio in 2004. Now there will always be those that celebrate his death with music and Machine Head saluted Dime with this killer cover of "F@#king Hostile" which you can check out.
