After Jeff Dunham performed in Lubbock, Texas Tuesday night (May 3), the comedian made a hefty donation to local charity South Plains Food Bank.

If you received your blue bag in the mail over the past few days; take some time and fill it up with non-perishable food items and help the National Association of Letter Carriers for the 22nd Stamp Out Hunger Letter Food Drive right here on the South Plains.

If you're one of the many people who complain that there is never anything to do in Lubbock, I have to ask, how many of you have ever looked at all the free or low cost events the city has going on pretty much on a daily basis.
