A polarizing decade for Texas Tech football has come to an end. It's not the worst decade in program history, but five losing seasons in just 10 attempts is a poor showing for the talented individuals that donned the scarlet and black. To honor those individuals we're putting together an All-Decade team from 2010-2019.

A span of time that covers the Tuberville Era, the Kingsbury Era and the first year of the Matt Wells Era.

Speaking of head coaches, who would you choose to lead this all-decade team? Tuberville is the only one with a winning record. It's hard to say that Wells has had enough time to make any kind of mark and Kingsbury didn't win but led Texas Tech to prolific offenses. Just imagine Kingsbury working with his offensive prowess and a hand-picked defensive team spanning the decade.

Regardless of the head coach, the players are the most important part.

I took the liberty of ironing out the offensive line, featuring a freshman All-American and a couple of longtime NFL bodies the line would be stout. Longtime starter Jared Kaster would be the center while LeRaven Clark and LaAdrian Waddle would bookend the line. Alfredo Morales and Jack Anderson would man the guard positions. Baylen Brown is my utility guy who played both guard and tackle in his career at Texas Tech.

The rest of the roster will be voted on by you the people and updated when the results are in.
