Two Texas Tech Basketball Stars Will Throw the First Pitch Friday Night

In what is turning into a pivotal series at home against the conference leading Baylor Bears, the Red Raider Baseball team is turning to a couple of guys who know a little bit about winning. Norense Odiase and Tariq Owens will be throwing out the first pitch before game two of the Texas Tech series vs Baylor.

.The two basketball stars, fresh off their Final Four run, will also be around to talk to the crowd and take a selfie or seven I'm sure.

Texas Tech baseball is 23-12 on the season and 6-6 in the Big 12. The Bears are 25-10 and and 8-3 in conference play. The Red Raiders and Bears get game one underway Thursday night at 6:30 in game one before playing game two at 6:30 with the help of Odiase and Owens. The final game of the series will be played on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
