Can We Get A Little Something Out By The Airport?

I live out where Loop 289 and the Interstate intersect as you're going to the airport.  It's a couple of blocks from the country club and we have people of all types and all economic backgrounds out there.  Read more after the break.

I work in Southwest Lubbock and the further southwest you go, you see construction and new businesses going on and up at a dizzying pace.  I understand the economics of wanting to be where there is the most growth, but hey, somebody's going to benefit from serving my side of town.

We might not be growing as fast as southwest Lubbock, but we do have new houses going up as well as the big O'Reilly Parts Warehouse and the business park.  As far as I know, we have Cueva's Drive-In and Mi Taco Casa, and that's it.  We aren't even in the delivery area for most of the businesses in the general vicinity.  We need some businesses to step up and serve our area.  We have lots of folks hungry for something new in our area.
