Yep, it's a SNOW DAY! Take off your pants and go play outside. Up to three inches of snow is expected in a short time, in what could definitely be considered "near blizzard conditions". I am amazed at how supposedly educated and sane people gravitate towards conspiracies, bad science and misinformation. Someone posts a far-fetched theory on the internet, backs it up with pseudo-facts and all of sudden the rest of the world has to stop while these folks let this nonsense make it's way through their jelly-like brains. It was mass chaos this morning as Lubbock drivers responded to some slight weather changes by driving like morons. The RockShow was hit with a ton of reports this morning varying from a seven car pileup on I-27 to accidents on the Loop & Marsha Sharp, a rollover onto the golf course and 98th and Quaker, and other mishaps elsewhere across the Hub. February 20, 2013 Before I came to work today I stopped at a chili dog establishment and I ordered my usual chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries and when I took the first bite my mood instantly changed.

February 18, 2013 As most of you have heard there was suppose to be a huge concert announcement tomorrow morning on The Rock Show. We have had to push this announcement back til this Friday but the band that we are adding is one that is a fan favorite and this line up will impress even the occasional FMX listener.
I walked up to a machine last Friday, put a couple of bucks into it, and a few seconds later I knew whether I had got lucky or not (I did not). I then went hey......what's going on here? As you may, or may not know, Lubbock had planned to do the first ever tattoo convention this month. However, those plans where squashed when it was discovered that due to a city ordnance all tattooing had to be performed in a tattoo parlor
