Caught on Video: Intruder Kicks Down Door While Wielding Machete, Shot Three Times

Check out the this scary moment captured on video when a crazy man kicks in a flimsy door and threatens the residents with a machete.

The resident stopped the intruder with three shots from a gun to the chest. Interestingly, the intruder, Twain Thomas, lived to see his day in court and subsequent sentencing of 15 years in lockup.

I've had some scary stuff happen over the span of my lifetime, including being held at gunpoint by kidnappers in New Braunfels (that's another blog entirely!), but this video is very hard to watch.
