What kind of crazies hand out candy to kids for no reason? Well, that would be us, but we have a great reason-we remember how much fun Halloween used to be. Once a year we put away the scary stuff and let little kids trick or treat along a little trail we make on our midway.
This years event is scheduled to happen on October 30th at 7:00 p.m. (please check back on the time). We allow sponsors and other folks who just want to make it a fun Halloween for kids to participate. Last year we were able to take care of over 300 kids. It takes away all the pressure and weirdness of you taking your kids door to door. We STRONGLY discourage any scary costumes and hold the event during the daylight so it's less scary. We also have some of our actors in kid friendly costumes for pictures.
There is no charge and this event is first come first serve. We hope to have about 750 kids this year. If you'd like to participate and/or contribute candy, email us here.
