How to Make Sure You Fail a Breathalyzer Test [VIDEO]

Let's face it the chances of being on the road at the same time as someone that has been drinking are higher than the chances that you will wet the bed tonight. Everyday people all over the world stop in to their local bar or pub for a cocktail after work or a beer with the guys and we all know that most times a person does not stop for a single drink, wait a few hours then drive home.

The legal blood alcohol level varies from state to state (Texas is .08 just in case you need to know) and depending on how fast you leave and when your last drink was could affect a breathalyzer test. Don't get me wrong I am NOT saying drinking and driving is funny, and I am not encouraging it, but this video of this old man is a perfect example of how to ensure you fail if you do drink and drive and get caught.
