In The Kitchen WIth Papa Roach [VIDEO]

What do you get when you combine tomato, basil, mozzarella cheese and Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach?

The other night I was trying to come up with something new and lite to make for dinner, the same old tossed salad with every meal gets old during the summer, so I did what most people do when looking for something, I hit the Internet.

My guess is most people would type in a search for recipes from Paula Deen,Guy Fieri or Bobby Flay but not me I went straight for cooking with rock stars. This may seem unconventional, I will give you that, what else would you expect from me, right?!

Anyway, I came across this video of Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach in the kitchen. Now I'm not sure what he was trying to make, but I can tell you it was damn funny watching and listening to him try.

I'm off to try again to find something to make for dinner, you guys watch this video and let me know what you think.
