The man that brought you "Ali G", "Borat" and "Bruno" is back with something all new. This time it's a "dorky despot" called "The Dictator" (no character name needed at this point). This movie appears to NOT have the interspersed moments interacting with reality like the previous movies. So the question is, will it be as funny? That's up to you to decide after the jump.
