The FBI has arrest a 20 year old man for purchasing the stuff needed to make IED's. The alleged douche was living in Lubbock (on a student visa, why are we still giving out those?) and attending South Plains college. This one appears to be the "real deal" and not just a hillbilly with a grenade. Check out the story after the break.
