This is going to go off like a bomb. Well, probably more like a dud.  A new study shows that the more you're on Facebook the more unhappy you're likely to be.  The rub is, you'll  probably do nothing about it and keep spending time on Facebook.

The problem with Facebook is simple-it substitutes online "friends" with real contact with family and friends.  Chilling with your loved ones is crucial to your emotional well being.  You think you're getting that "love" done because you're visiting on the "lookie box" when there's none of that personal touch there.

The study took into account different variables like "do people just go on when they're sad?" and the results still help up.
