It's that time of year again where we all start to pay a little bit more attention to all the creeks and bumps in the night. You can deny it all you want but even the most brave among us start to question whether ghosts and demons are real during the Halloween season. Friday night Woody and I put on our game faces and made our annual trip through Nightmare on 19th, (For the record she wanted to go first so I could catch her if she got so scared she fainted...that's my story and I'm sticking to it!). I have to tell you this year is absolutely the best year yet! The City of the Lost is INCREDIBLE! The detail is amazing! After our adventure through Lubbock's best haunted attraction The Woodmaker and I started talking about places in The Hub that are said to be Haunted. Here is a list of some of the better known places around town that are said to be haunted. Check 'em out and let me know of any that you know of that I have not listed. Then get your butt's out to Nightmare On 19th and see if you have what it takes to make it through all the attractions without jumping! The Pioneer Hotel, The Lubbock Airport, Texas Tech (Chemistry Building) as well as many other buildings on campus, as you have probably figured out all of these haunted places have a connect to a murder or other untimely death that has occurred at these places. Here is a link that will give you more information on what happened where and what to look for if you decide to go on your own ghost adventure through the streets of Lubbock. http://www.freewebs.com/lubbockghostinvestigationsociety/lubbockhauntedplaces.htm
