Trying to skirt separation of church and state laws, Governor Perry has signed something called 'the Merry Christmas" bill that allows people of all faiths to display their religious imagery on campus.  We on the outside know this is just a stacked deck for the heavily Baptist state.

So, Governor Perry thinks he's a sly one passing this bill.  My thought is, the bill is applicable to "all faiths". I really don't think people will be too accepting of REAL other faiths.  With that in mind, I would like to construct a giant pentagram to celebrate the Wicca origin of the holiday. I would also like very much that we ceremonially slaughter a goat and nail it's bloody head to the pentagram.  I'd love to do all of this just to prove a point, unfortunately I don't have a student in the schools.

I hope some of you found this VERY offensive.  This is the door that the governor is opening.  Keep religion at home and in church. Let's keep the schools focused on education and quit looking to cater to every special interest groups for votes.
