Chevelle Opens Fire With “Take Out The Gunman” Lyric Video

There's a simple explanation as to why the new Chevelle tune "Take Out The Gunman" was instantly one that I favored...it flat-out rocks!

"Take Out The Gunman" is like that diner scene from Tommy Boy; where Chris Farley grabs the dinner roll and proceeds to tell it how "he loves to stroke and pet it" right before he rips his "naughty little pet" into pieces.

I'm hoping that the entire record reeks with the greasy, flangey vibe that's displayed on the bands first new tune since 2011's "Face to the Floor".

The album that the band has been recording will be released on the 1st of April under the name La Gárgola.

A new disc means a supporting tour; Chevelle will make three Texas stops in April.
