Congressional Leaders Who Sent Letter To Iran Are Clowns, Not Traitors

By now you've probably heard that 47 Republican senators sent a letter to Iran warning that a historic peace agreement could be rolled back after elections. I've seen people go crazy over this and some call for them to be arrested as traitors. I've also seen some people praise them as patriots. The real name is in between.

The Republican senators who did this are idiots. Showboats. And my favorite, assholes.  Now before you interject your partisan politics in the situation, let's strip this bare.  They sent a message to a foreign country saying everything could change after the election.  No, duh.  Of course it can.  That's the way our government works in the U.S.  Therefore, there was absolutely no reason, what-so-ever to pull this move except for the headlines.  Even the ambassador for Iran didn't fall for it. This was a jackass move plain and simple.  You can defend it all day, you can cite previous examples of things like this, but this was a complete and total clown show of senators showing their asses to the world. They're not traitors, they're jokers, fools and clowns.
