Did Lubbock Sheriffs React Poorly To This Reporter?

I don't really know how about these guys testing the law and patience of police officials.

I guess on one level it's good we have people who help keep the law honest. On another level, why waste their time? I guess I'm so mixed on this one that I can't take a side.

I guess the Lubbock Sheriffs found this guy filming suspicious or unnerving. They probably should have just checked up on the guy and walked away. Instead, they called the locals on the guy and the local p.d. were awesome and should be applauded for the calm nature in which they responded.
