How many times do you feel yourself that today is the day you start watching what you eat and making time for exercise.

If you are anything like me you probably have this conversation with yourself at least once a week.

Why not take that first step this week by joining in on a first step to fitness camp?

The sessions are held at Jan Jennings Park, on 73rd Street

The camp will include 12 group workouts, with one every Tuesday and Thursday through November 3rd.

Don't worry, if you're are a beginner because no  experience necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome!
