Help Kickstart ‘Kelly & The Great Pinewood Derby’, A Kids Book About Down’s Syndrome Awareness

Texas author Jordon Burke needs our help to Kickstart his children's book about a boy and his koala bear friend.

'Kelly & The Great Pinewood Derby' honors the life of a Plainview, TX native who happened to have Down's Syndrome. The children's book is to raise awareness of folks with this condition and to educate readers not only about their needs, but also about their invaluable contributions.

Jordon Burke was not only Kelly's nephew, but also his caretaker for many years. Jordon knew that Kelly was a gift to this world, and wants to share that gift with children and their parents.
